老化房廣泛用于各類工業(yè)和日常生活中,老化房利用機(jī)械力和重力等,將兩種或兩種以上物料均勻混合起來的機(jī)械,老化房可以將多種物料配合成均勻的混合物、如將水泥、砂、碎石和水混合成混凝土濕料等,還可以增加物料接觸表面積,以促進(jìn)化學(xué)反應(yīng);還能夠加速物理變化,例如粒狀溶質(zhì)加入溶劑,通過老化房的作用可加速溶解混勻!

Aging rooms for medium and high viscous liquids and pastes generally have strong shearing effect; thermoplastic material mixers are mainly used for mixing thermoplastic materials {such as rubber and plastics} with additives; Aging rooms for powdered and granular solid materials are mostly intermittent operations, including machines with mixing and grinding effects, such as rolling machines.
